Refund and Returns Policy

At EliteGemstonee, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the policy below for details on how to return an item and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items, as well as items on sale, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at infog@elitegemstonee.com or call 530-790-0849 within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  • If your return is rejected due to signs of use or damage, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please contact us at infog@elitegemstonee.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary.
